Product: hp laser jet pro mfp m28a / W2J54A
Operating System: macOS 10.15 Catalina

Установила новейшее программное обеспечение, все драйвера. Печать-печатает, копии делает, НО сканировать не хочет!!! разные программы пробовала (readiris, hp easy scan, fine reader, захват изображений) - везде сканер не активен!!!!

удаляла все драйвера и устанавливала заново! ничего не помогает! сканер не работает!

в настройках mac принтеры и сканеры Принтер виден (очередь печати и настройки принтера) про сканер даже слова нет и нет настроек

Ужасная покупка! я не довольна!
