2-2 sided copying

I brought this printer on the 14th of this month. I checked in store with the adviser and they told me it was automatic 2-2 sided. When I try and copy through the auto feeder it will only do 1-2 sided. 

Im so angry as I have now brought a new printer that does the same as my other one. 

I only got this for the 2-2 sided!! 

Does anyone know how this works? 

I have already registered the product and set up the instant ink so I do not think I can return it! Although they should for  false  Advertising!

As Expert ShomiL mentioned the HP Officejet pro 6960 does not support 2 sided automatic copying.

It is supported only on HP Officejet 6970 series.

Hi,

The HP Officejet Pro 6960 printer only supports 2-sided printing.

2-sided copying is only supported by the HP Officejet Pro 6970 printer for that series.
