Product: HP Color LaserJet Pro MFP 3301sdw

My printer doesn't have the option for 2 to 2 sided copy.  I only have 1 to 1 sided and 1 to 2 sided.  I saw a video demonstration, and it showed there are two more options which I don't have on my printer.  Any I idea how can I get the 2 to 2 sided option for copying.

Specs for the SDW do not mention duplex scanning at all. The 3301FDW does support duplex scanning. Any chance the video you saw was that device and not an SDW?

Thank you for the information!  I also have another issue.  I tried to add a printer in my account, but every time I put in the serial number the system will show invalid number.  I was able to add one printer, but the serial number shown in my account is different than what I entered.
