Product: HP Deskjet Ink Advantage 2135
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

My HP Deskjet 2135 can't copy A4 size.  When I start copying A4 (11.7 in), scanning lamp only move to letter size (11 in). It so frustrating, because it can scan A4 size and print A4 size. I think it was a software bug / driver failure. Please fix this by releasing the driver update

Hi,

The printer hardware is limited and has a bottom margin of 1.45mm

 

You may scan up to A4, but the print mechanism is listed and the bottom margin must match or exceed 14.5 mm (0.57 in), that applies for any print job, either for printing or copying.

I don't think it's a printing problem. The problem is: When I copying A4 size (11.7), the scanner lamp only moving upto letter size (11 inch). While I scan A4 size, the scanner lamp can move to the bottom of A4 page (11.7).

 

I have two printer with same specification (the other brands), and I didn't get this problem when copying. So, I think it must be an error from HP DJ2135's driver.
