Error 61.00.00 Connection between formatter and engine lost, followed by error 30.01.41

Hello,
We have problems every time after printer was in sleep and then wake up.
Every time printer gives error 61.00.00 - Connection between formatter and engine lost.

Then gives another error 30.01.41 Scanner Error, power off/on. Scanner initialization failed. Exception.

We tried this sollutions: https://support.hp.com/us-en/document/c04581810
It's only one time fix, after restart the printer is working. Until next sleep.
In the Energy Settings there is only max 115 minutes until sleep. There is no option to disable sleep.

We tried firmware 4.11 and upgrade to 5.2 with no luck.

 

Any idea how to disable sleep entirely, or this is hardware problem and need replacement - formater board or harddisk?

5.2 is not the current firmware and is not reliable. Try upgrading to 5.4 and updating this thread with more information after that.
