Product: Officejet Pro 7740
Operating System: macOS 12.0 Monterey

Sometime in the last few months my Officeject Pro 7740 lost the ability to scan to my iMac - something it's happily been doing for years.

When I try now I get the error: "No Computer Found" - tells me to open HP Utility > Scan Settings > Scan to Computer.

Well HP Utility is no longer available for Macs - just the HP Smart utility on the App Store. This doesn't seem to have that function in it that I can see.

I have Reset Printing System, removed all the HP Software, reinstalled HP Smart, etc etc. Nothing works.

PS I am using macOS 14.x Sonoma - the Operating System options stopped at 12....

PPS All the YouTube videos are no longer available as the "Account was deleted...."

I was looking at updating to a 9370 but if HP has pretty much dropped Mac support I'll probably go somewhere else.
