Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

New problem - all OK for the four months I have had this printer. Documant feeder only scans 4 sheets before it shuts me out and closes HP Smart. It also cancels remainder of job. Same if you try to scan single sheets . HELP please ! Graham

Are you getting any error messages?

Did you make a copy and check if that works fine?
