OfficeJet Pro 8710
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I finally wrestled my son's 8710 into submission and it's now operating OK on his home wireless network. But I notice that the TWAIN native interface for the printer will not allow setting a resolution above 300 ppi. The scanner spec says it will do 1200 ppi. Why does the TWAIN interface limit us to 300 ppi - and when can HP fix this?
