Note: From May 1, 2024, the HP Scan and Capture app will no longer be available (retired) in the Microsoft Store and HP will not release any further app updates. We would like to share some of the most frequently asked questions about HP Solution Center not working : Adobe Flash Player Error and Unable to Scan.

I cannot get my 8710 printer to scan to my computer - it says No computer found.  I have done the troubleshooting and the scan test, and it all works.  But when I try again to scan from my printer, No Compoter found.

It’ll be an honor to guide you through the steps needed to identify your concern and/or address your query.

 

To scan from the printer to your computer, install full feature printer driver: Click here

 

Enable scan to computer on the  Printer Assistant. Refer to the image below:

 

 

For instruction on how to scan: Click here

 

If issue persists, try scanning from the Printer Assistant software on the computer.
