Can I scan a A4 doc and then print it to A3 ?

You may also perform a such while copying, by Selecting Resize and then selecting A4 > A3.

 

As well you may scan it to a PDF.

From Adobe Reader open the Print dialog and click on Properties, then set the paper size as A3 - Small Margins.

Confirm the changes and within Adobe Reader set reiszing as Fit to Page, that will print it as A3.
