Product: Laser Jet Pro cm1415fnw color mfp

My ADF on my LaserJetPro printer is not picking up the paper.  It scans individual sheets but won't feed.  This happened several months ago and I was told to turn the printer off and it worked for a while, but now nothing works and I have done everything on the HP website.  Is it worth replacing the rollers?

Appreciate you trying the steps. This looks like a hardware issue. I'd suggest you Contact HP in your region regarding the service options for your printer.
