Need a bit of help,

 

When scanning documents in the ADF, the scanned pdf is very crooked everytime! This unit is brand new. 

 

Any help is appreciated

It turned out that HP had to come out on a service call to remove and replace the existing ADF unit. After the unit was replaced the scans came out normal problem solved. It seems to be an issue with the software in the ADF hope this helps

Same Issue.  ADF scans skewed, ADF copies are not.

 

Tried different scanning file formats, no difference.

 

Please help HP!
