We would like to share some of the most frequently asked questions about HP Solution Center not working : Adobe Flash Player Error and Unable to Scan.

While I can used the ADF when I initiate scanning from the computer it works well, however,  when I attempt to scan a document  to the computer using the touch screen of the printer, it does not feed the document into the printer.

Does the scan from the scanner glass work well from the printer?

 

Let's try a firmware update: https://support.hp.com/in-en/document/c02919168

 

Let's try to reset the Printer here:

 

Turn the printer on, if it is not already on.

  1. Wait until the printer is idle and silent before you continue.
  2. With the printer turned on, disconnect the power cord from the rear of the printer.
  3. Unplug the power cord from the wall outlet.
  4. Wait at least 60 seconds.
  5. Plug the power cord back into the wall outlet.
  6. NOTE: HP recommends connecting the printer power cord directly to the wall outlet.
  7. Reconnect the power cord to the rear of the printer.
  8. Turn on the printer, if it does not automatically turn on.
  9. Wait until the printer is idle and silent before you proceed.

Thanks for your message. Unfortunately it came too late. I spoke with 6 or 7 support agent from Saturday afternoon to Sunday morning from all over the world.  The last person I spoke with told me that he was not able to repair the printer and believed it was not a soft ware issue but equipment failure. As I am in desperate need for a working printer at this time, I decided to purchase another.  I have already returned all the ink cartridges I had left. I soo wish I had your message earlier. Would have loved to tried your suggestions, but as I mentioned, it is too late.

Bei meinen HP Offiecjet Pro 6970 funktioniert das ADF Scan auch nicht, aber mit der Apple Ipad Pro funktioniert das.
