fw update to NOVPLSPP1N002.2225B.00

insert sheets in adf

printer says "paper loaded"

press "scan".....

as you expect an ADF scan...but the scan is performed from glass !!

 

a scan from pc, set "from ADF" works perfectly

Thank you for posting your query, I will be glad to help you.

 

I see that you are facing scanning issues with your HP ENVY Inspire 7921e All-In-One Printer wherein it does not scan from ADF.

 

Please follow the steps listed below to restore the unit to factory settings.
1. From the printer control panel, touch or swipe down the tab at the top of the screen to open the Dashboard, and then touch Setup .
2. Touch Printer Maintenance.
3. Touch Restore.
4. Touch Restore Factory Defaults.
A message appears stating that the factory defaults will be restored.
5. Touch Continue.
