hi

i have a MFP 479fdw that when scanning and you view the image (scan to email) each time the image is just slightly askew when you open the image (PDF) in either the default viewer(edge), or Adobe, BUT when you print the image back to the printer the document prints straight!

(this also occurs when using JPG settings as an output option).

we can adjust the image in adobe with de-skew and save, but ideally want to find a solution to displays the image correctly

any suggestions?

If the skew is more than 2,5 mm that is a defective device, under 2,5mm it's tolerated.
