Operating System: Microsoft Windows 7 (64-bit)

About a month ago all of our HP printers scan to SMTP email stopped working. The Dell printers continue to work but I am guessing some exchange update has interfered how HP communicates SMTP to the exchange server

Hi,

I would guess this is related to your mail connection or security settings.

 

Which email provider you refer to? is it an organization mail server?

 

Does it occur with multiple email accounts?

 

Assuming I'm correct regarding an organization server usage, have you tried checking with your IT if there was any change during this timeframe?
