Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Unable to update printer apps and this is how I scan to email.  Diagnostics has been ran - no issues and firmware is up to date.  Any suggestions?

To assist better -

  1. What is the error you receive when you try and scan to email?
  2. Are you able to print and scan using the printer?
  3. How is the printer connected to USB or wireless?
