Audible beep tone when sending or receiving a fax

When I get an incoming call, and no fax is received, I get a beep tone.  When I send a fax or receive a fax, there is no beep tone when completed.  How do I set this up?

I can hear an audible ringing when a fax call is coming in.  If there is no fax received, the machine hangs up and an audible "ding" sound is heard.  My issue is, when I am sending a fax, there is no audible sound when the fax is complete.  Additionally, if for some reason my fax does not go through (com error, etc), there is no audible ding when the fax shuts off.  How do I set up the fax to make an audible ding?

To make sure the fax is sent successfully, we could have a fax confirmation report printed after the fax is sent.

The fax confirmation option is usually found in the Advanced Setup menu.

1. Press the Settings  button.

2. Select Fax Setup.

3. Select Advanced Setup.

4.scroll down and select Fax confirmation report

You will get the following choices for fax confirmation reports. You can select the appropriate one

• Never
• On Every Fax
• On Send Fax Only​​​​​​​
• On Receive Fax Only
