Product: HP OfficeJet Pro 8025e All-in-One Printer
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (32-bit)

My brand new 8020 Officejet printer came and the auto doc feeder is not working.  The rollers dont appear to be working. I was on a support chat with someone for over an hour and they kept asking me to do the same troubleshooting "tips" over and over.  This is a brand new printer and the rollers appear to be defective. It is under warranty and I cant get them to send me a replacement.  VERY FRUSTRATED

If brand new and not working, return to place of purchase and exchange it.
