Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I  can scan a single flat bed style document, but if I load a single or multi-page document into the auto-sheet feeder, it does not feed and scans empty bed. I tried the unplug and replug after 60 seconds tip, and that did not fix the issue.

Hi,

Thanks for using the HP Support Community.

 

What are you using to scan?  HP Smart app or the HP FULL software Scan?

 

For either software, ensure that the source is set to "Document feeder".
