Product: Laserjet pro MFP M29W
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

My printer is the HP laserjet pro MFP M29W when trying to scan...I receive an error message that says ensure the automated document feeder is closed. ....there is no ADF to close.....My model does not have the ADF feature.

Hi,

What operating system do you use? are you sure it is windows 10 and not any other operating system?

 

What application are you scanning from?
