Operating System: Microsoft Windows 7 (32-bit)

Recently the printer has been giving a lot of problems. The paper keeps on getting jammed whenever I copy or scan using the automatic document feeder. It also makes a strange sound as the paper is going through. When I open the automatic document feeder, I find the paper is all wrinkled. I have tried cleaning the printer, but the problem persists.

Welcome to HP forums, I see that you are getting paper jam issue when you scan or copy from ADF and you have tried multiple troubleshooting steps.

 

Did you try all the troubleshooting steps mentioned in this HP document:- Click here

If yes and the issue still persists,  I am sending you a private message. Please check the mailbox icon at the top-right corner of this screen.
