My new printer 9010 will not take sheets from the feeder when I try to scan. I found a similar problem in the HP community and followed all the steps but now the link to reinstall the driver gives NOT FOUND. Can you provide a new link?

Hi,

Please follow below link to install the printer software, be sure to select the HP Basic Driver or the HP Full Feature Software option:

https://ftp.hp.com/pub/softlib/software13/printers/HPEasyStart_12_1_5139_03.exe

 

Once completing the installation, open the HP Officejet Pro 9010 software, select Scan and then select Manage Scan to Computer.

 

Ensure the feature is enabled, and that you select from the printer the EXACT name as listed within the Manage Scan to Computer dialog, without any added words prior or after the computer name.
