Product: HP Engage 2D G2 Barcode Scanner
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11
We just recently purchased an Engage 2D G2 barcode scanner to be used to scan devices into our inventory system. When testing it out, I notice that I cannot scan the QR code for our HP 14 G7 Chromebooks. I suspect that the scanner cannot read the gray code on the black background. Are there any settings that I can adjust for the scanner in order to read this code? I have also downloaded the Barcode Scanner N-Series Configuration Utility but can't seem to find a setting that will help. Thanks in advance for the help!
