Currently, the Mobile Fax service is on trial and available free to users. HP does not require a credit card or any other form of payment to use the Mobile Fax

HP fax machines themselves typically do not come with a monthly fee. However, the cost of using a fax machine can include expenses such as:

  • Telephone line charges: If the fax machine uses a standard phone line, you'll need to pay for the phone service.
  • Ink and toner: If it's an inkjet or laser fax machine, you'll need to replace the ink or toner cartridges periodically.
  • Paper: You'll also need to supply the machine with paper.
  • Maintenance: Occasional maintenance or repairs might be necessary.
