Product: HP Deskjet Ink Advantage 2060 All-in-One Printer - K110a

I don't know when this started happening, but there's this grey smudge that will always appear whenever I scan something.

I've cleaned up the glass and the lid, but the smudge is still always there.

It looks like this (blank paper scan to clearly show the smudge):
