HP Envy 4520

Hello!

I have a problem with the HP Smart iOS App and the Printer HP Envy 4520. When the picture is scanned using the printer and is then sent to iPad via the Wifi connection the scan is perfect and crisp. See image below (captured via Screenshot in the App).

The problem arises when the document is sent via email. When it is opened on another gadget or even on the iPad itself, but in the Email App, the picture is completely blurry. If my memory serves me right, we also tried to repeat the process with an iPhone and the result was the same.

I would appreciate any pointers on how to solve the problem. From a few other threads I've gathered that an iOS Update might help, which I will try. At the time being I am unable to use my Windows Laptop to check if scanning to another gadget might solve the problem as I am unable to download the HP App through the Indows shop, but that's an issue for another time (And also the iPad aspect is more important) haha

Thank you in advance!

Please try downloading the scanned Email and then one it and check if the issue persists

Does it happen only when sending it through Email? Have you tried viewing those scanned email using another browser?

Thank you
