Hello,

I'm facing the same problem than the following (scanner issue on wifi):

I followed all steps from the messages of this topic, but the solution is not described at the end...

How to resolve this issue?  Please help me.

Are you able to copy?

Did you try using HP scan and capture, mentioned in the link you shared?

 

Please follow the steps from this document and see how it goes. 

Also, update the firmware
