Product: HP Pagewide Pro 477w
Operating System: macOS 10.15 Catalina

I am having difficulty setting up scan to email. I am using the following:

 

smpt.google.com

465

clicking the box for SSL

 

Put nothing will work. I have also attempted 25 and 587. I have put "less secure apps" in google settings, have changed DNS server 8.8.8.8/8.8.4.4. Basically, everything I have read in other forums, I have tried. NOTHING WORKS.

What happens when you press the Test button for the scan profile? what exact error message is shown when fails?
