Product: HP Officejet 6500A Plus
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I ordered a 4-ink printhead service kit from HP as the printhead on my printer has been damaged. However although I ordered it over a month ago and they have it in stock, they still cannot tell me when this is likely to be sent,. The support team say that their "part resellers may be able to support the part  earlier". Anyone know where I may be able to source this in the UK?
