I tried using the HP Smart App to scan the photos but the app says "Coulnd't Connect to Scanner". I tried many ways but still the same, I tried:
1. To reset the printer by Unplugging it for >60 secs
2. Using the HP Smart App Diagnose and Fix it says There's no Problem or Issue with the Printer
3. Ending the HP Smart App in Window's Task Manager
4. Removing the Printer and Adding again to my Windows Device Manager
5. Using the Print and Scan Doctor, but still nothing Happens
all of this method Nothing happens to my Scanner using HP Smart app.
