At the beginning of scanning (copying) or other actions connected with the camera "camera error 1000"occurs. Tools for diagnosing and correcting this error on the Internet is not found. What does it mean and how can I get the device back up and running?

Welcome to the HP Forums,
We'll be with you until it's all sorted & beyond!
If you haven't done it already, I recommend installing the firmware update for your printer: Click here to download (Windows 10)
And if the issue persists, please perform the below steps and let me know how it pans out:
-
Turn the printer on, if it is not already on.
-
Wait until the printer is idle and silent before you continue.
-
With the printer turned on, disconnect the power cord from the rear of the printer.
-
Unplug the power cord from the wall outlet.
-
Wait at least 60 seconds.
-
Plug the power cord back into the wall outlet.
NOTE:
HP recommends connecting the printer power cord directly to the wall outlet.
-
Reconnect the power cord to the rear of the printer.
-
Turn on the printer, if it does not automatically turn on.
-
Wait until the printer is idle and silent before you proceed.
Try to print.

Good afternoon. I have already done this method, described by you. Just in case I did it again. The problem is not solved. It is possible that the problem is in hardware, because this error of the camera 1000 appears and when using the built-in copy tools on the device itself.
