Hi @Jl-,

Welcome to HP Support Community.

Thank you for posting your query, I will be glad to help you.

Yes, you can photocopy your ID on the HP Envy 6152e. The printer has a scanner, and you can easily copy documents directly from the touchscreen. Here’s how you can do it.

  • Place your ID on the scanner: Open the scanner lid and place your ID face down on the scanner glass, aligning it with the marked corner or guides on the glass.
  • Select the "Copy" option: On the printer’s touchscreen, tap the Copy option.
  • Select the settings: You can choose to adjust the color, paper size, or number of copies, depending on what you need. For ID photocopying, "Color" or "Black & White" are the options you may want.
  • Start copying: Once you're ready, tap Start to begin the photocopy. The printer will scan the ID and produce a copy.

If you need to copy both sides of your ID, you'll need to flip it and repeat the process for the other side.

I hope this helps.

Take care and have a good day.
