Make sure the router is broadcasting at both the 5GHz and the 2.4GHz range.

This printer uses the slower bandwidth (2.4GHz).

Followed the HP Doctor but still will not recognize the printer. Blue light continuies to flash. Will print from USB but not wirelessly.  I have reset and restarted the printer and router at least half dozen times.

Yes, the flashing blue icon indicates the printer is not connecting to the wireless network.

The Doctor is good software -- better with each revision -- it still does not do everything.  Rats.

Switching printer / router / computer on-off helps with the network setup is in place and just needs a "kick".  That the reset / switching on-off did not help might indicate that there is a misconfiguration somewhere.

Thanks for all the help.  However, I upgraded my lap top and the printer is now antiquated and not compatible with the new computer. New printer connected without any problems.
