I've had the 4520 for about 3 years.  Good printer, on "Instant Ink".  I used to be able to go to a page called "HP Envy 4520 All In One Series"  (10.0.0.101#) where I could access scanner and other features.  Now the page does not load.  Just sits, never get any reply.

Hi,

This is not an expected address and will likely result in Instant Ink connection issues shortly.

 

Please restart your router and allow it several minutes till the internet connection returns, then restart the printer and check if the address has changed.

 

Such an address (169.254.x.x) is a self-assigned address and not an address assigned by your router, it may allow local printing but will not allow the printer a proper internet access to allow a stable connection with HP Instant Ink services.
