Hi!
My brand-new HP Color LaserJet Enterprise M480f (latest firmware) does not work properly with my Mac (macOS 13.3 Ventura).
I installed the HP driver as advised. The printer is connected via ethernet.
I can print, but i can't scan.
The scanner is recognized in HP Easy Scan, but there is no preview and when i hit the scan button only a bar and text "Scan in preparation" appears. After a few moments a window appears "Scan finished. Continue scan? Place next element on scanner". There are two buttons: "Scan next element" and "Finished". When i hit "Scan next element", the bar and text "Scan in preparation" appears again ...
When i hit "Finished" the windows disappears and nothing happens.
When i start image capture from apple, the scanner is also recognized and at startup a message appears on left preview window "Wait for scanner". After some seconds the text changes to "The scanner failed to complete the overview scan". That's all ...
Is there a solution for this problem?
