Product: Officejet Pro 9020
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Never had issues like this with my 8600.  But now 'HP Smart' comes in to complicate everything.  Have re-installed the printer twice.  Cannot scan to PC from the panel.  Says I need to install the software from 123.hp.com which has already been done.  Repeatedly.  Can scan from HP Smart.  Why did you complicate the crap out of something that USED TO work??

I'd like to help!

 

Please install the HP full-featured drivers to scan(Easy start under the software-utility tab)from the printer 

 

Or you may create a smart task, refer to -HP Smart: Use Smart Tasks
