Product: HP OfficeJet Pro 6968 All-in-One Printer
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

I have made a wireless connection from a new computer to our HP printer.  While I am able to scan to the PC if I use the glass plate on the printer, the printer will not take documents from the document feeder when I set it to scan.  We had no problems scanning from the document feeder with our old PC which had a wired connection to the printer.  Has anyone else experienced this problem and found a solution?

Are you able to copy from the feeder?

 

Please clean the feeder using the steps from here: https://support.hp.com/us-en/product/hp-officejet-pro-6960-all-in-one-printer-series/8289579/model/1...

 

Also, update the firmware: https://support.hp.com/us-en/document/ish_1776648-1643972-16
