I can't access the HP smart. Unable to get to scanning or anything. Get a window that says: accept and continue or skip setup. Nothing happens when clicking on either tabs.

Hi @Zozo14, thanks for posting. Sorry to hear you can't scan with your printer.
If the HP app is stuck on the "Accept and continue / Skip setup" screen and the buttons do nothing, reset the app: Windows Settings > Apps > Installed apps > HP (HP Smart) > Advanced options > Reset, then restart the PC and open it again (uninstall and reinstall from the Microsoft Store if it still freezes). Meanwhile you can scan with the options below.
Scanning usually fails when only the basic driver is installed or the scan app lost the connection.
- HP Smart for Windows or Mac (easiest): https://123.hp.com > Scan.
- Webscan: type the printer's IP address in a browser and open the Scan tab (if supported by your model).
- Windows Fax and Scan or the Windows Scan app as a backup.
If the scanner doesn't appear, run HP Print and Scan Doctor (Windows) to repair the connection.
Let me know how it goes!
