Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

We recently changed ISPs and after the switch we could no longer printer wirelessly so we took some advice and purchased a little print server and now we can print wirelessly on our network but we can't scan to it. Before we switched ISPs the all-in-one was connected to my mini-tower directly (USB) and my wife printed to It wirelessly. She was no longer able to print wirelessly after the switch which is why we bought the print server. Is there any way to be able to scan now that both computers have to go through a print server to print?

Note: Check the router band: Many routers can operate in both 2.4 GHz and 5.0 GHz frequency bands, but not all HP printers support both bands. Make sure the 2.4 GHz router band is enabled and broadcasting. If the router broadcasts separate network names (SSIDs) for each band, connect the printer to the 2.4 GHz band SSID.

If the printer is unable to connect to the network, Perform a Network Restore.

Restore network settings to default settings.

1. Press the Wireless button to access the Wireless Status menu.

2. Press the button next to Settings to access the Wireless Settings menu.

3. Select Restore Defaults.

4. Confirm the selection to restore defaults

To connect the printer

1. Press the Wireless button from the printer control panel, and then select Settings.

2. Scroll to select Wireless Setup Wizard, and then press OK.

3. Follow the on-screen instructions to set up the wireless connection.

Once the printer is connected try to print.

Keep me posted, how it goes!
