HP OfficeJet 3830 All-in-One Printer

Help! Hp 3830 all in one printer/scanner. Cannot find documents that were scanned then emailed! There is one option button after scanning that says Save/Share. Chose Share to email, named docs and emailed from there. Please don’t tell me they weren’t saved! Can’t find any saved files or docs. (Windows 10 but don’t know if 32 or 64 bit as the options that showed up here). Please tell me how to find them and that they were truly saved. Thank you

Hi,

When scanning directly to an email, the HP Scan only save the file temporarily till completing the job, it won't store any file on your computer, it doesn't meant to save any file on your PC.

As you scanned and sent the emailed file, you may check your Sent Items folder on your email and locate the sent item, with its scanned file attached there.
