Can't scan to Ring Central Phone to fax

New Officejet. Scanning multiple documents to Ring Central Phone for fax. Set Ring Central to use TWAIN and Get: Error Cannot Complete Scan. Please check scanner settings and try again. I then select WIA setting and all pages are scanned but do not show up in Ring Central Phone. No problems with previous HP Office jet scanner sending scans to Ring Central. Ring Central says it is a manufacturing problem with HP, yet all printing and scanning functions work flawlessly on 2 different computers ( Win 10 and Win 7) except when working with Ring Central and the same problem happens with both Win 10 and Win 7 computers.

Have tried uninstalling and reinstalling HP drivers. Have removed all drivers from previous scanner. Have uninstalled and reinstalled Ring Central Phone.

Any Ideas?

Are you able to fax otherwise from the Printer? I'm trying to understand if it's a Printer issue. We not very familiar with Ring Central phone.

Ring Central is an internet fax software. You open Ring Central Phone and click "send Fax". You can then insert a PDF or press "Scan" and the scanned pages from the scanner are inserted into Ring Central. You then click send and the fax goes to Ring Central and it is automatically faxed to the recipient.

My HP 8022 scanner and printer work flawlessly but scanned images are not incorporated into Ring Central to fax. I can scan documents using HP scanner, save as PDF, and then insert into Ring Central as an attachment that way but it is an extra step. This occurs both on My Win 10 and Win 7 computers. My previous HP as well as my current office HP work with Ring Central without any problems. For some reason, the scanned images are not transferred to sing central using the TWAIN or WI drivers.

A very frustrating situation. Would appreciate any thoughts on finding a solution.
