My HP OfficeJet Pro 9015 says, "Fax logs/memory full. Cannot receive or send any more faxes." I have followed the on-line instructions, such as disconnecting the power cord, etc., but nothing clears the logs/memory. Apparently, my warranty has expired, so HP refuses to help. Any suggestions? Thank you very much.
