Creating PDF Files with Your HP 9125e

Install and Open the HP App

• On your Windows 10 computer, download or open the HP App.
• Link your HP 9125e printer to the app.
• Download here: HP App for Windows

Scan to PDF

• In the HP App, select Scan.
• Place your document on the scanner glass or in the feeder.
• Choose Save as PDF from the file format options.
• Save the file to your desired location on your computer.

Print to PDF (Windows Feature)

• If you want to convert a document on your computer into a PDF without scanning, open the file and select Print.
• Choose Microsoft Print to PDF as the printer.
• This will create a PDF file instead of sending the job to the physical printer.

Combine Multiple Pages

• The HP App allows you to scan multiple pages and combine them into a single PDF.
• After scanning, select Add Pages before saving.
