Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I have used HP F2430 printer and it all seems to work well? My question is:
1.) Does/can this printer scan to computer? I have Windows 10 64 bit.
The online manual I found says:
"to be sure the HP Photosmart Software must also be installed and running on
your computer prior to copying."
2.) I'm not sure how or where to obtain this HP Photosmart Software?
