Laserjet Pro MFP M428fdw

I recently got a new Laserjet Pro MFP 428fdw in place of our old HP Laserjet Pro MFP M426fdn. Every function so far has seemed to work fine with the exception of fax. I can fax out just fine but receiving is the problem as I just keep getting a confirmation sheet printed out that says "Received" but the result says "No fax". The Fax Test Report shows "Pass" on everything.

I have compared the settings and made sure everything matches as best it can but no luck.

We have a PBX so I've tried both that as well as selected "I dont know". Ive tried both Medium and Fast on the speed. I've tried with Error Correction on and off. I put the old machine back in place to make sure some weird change didn't occur on the phone line but the old machine worked just fine so I know its not the phone line. There is no distinctive rings so its set to all rings, no voicemail or anything like that so its set to 2 rings to answer (Old machine was 1 ring to answer but this doesnt have that option). When I look at the machine's logs, i see an error code 44.92.10 which so far i have been unable to get any further details on. HELP.

Forgot to mention, I have also factory reset but no luck with that either.
