Product: Pagewide Pro MFP 477dw

I have an HP page wide Pro MFP477DW inkjet printer. I am unable to scan to email. I’m trying to reset the printer, when I try to sign in and tells me my pin is incorrect. How do I reset the pin?

If you can access menus from the control panel of the printer, try performing a factory reset.
