Can't copy, getting error message "copy does not support statement." I can scan okay, and I can print from the computer okay (example, I can print a document I made in Microsoft Word). I tried twice the procedure for this problem, which is the hard reset involving uplugging power, etc., but to no avail. Thank you for the help.

Hi,

Open and close the paper tray, then evaluate the shown prompt and ensure the proper paper size and type are set for the printer.

Now try copying and check for any difference.
