Cannot import from scanner to PC

I need to scan with printer and import to Paint Shop Pro.  It says it does not find the scanner.

• Save the content to your computer as a .jpg / JPEG file.
• Open your software and select / import the saved file into the program for edit / print...

OR

If you are trying to Scan using your third party software to scan, that's up to the software...

Your paint program might require that you have installed the full driver printer software for the printer.

Try / Consider

If not done, install the full driver printer software for the printer and your supported version of Windows.
