Error message when trying to log into the HP Smart app. I found the solution online once but cannot seem to find it again.
I have reset, uninstalled, reinstalled, cleared everything . . . all the solutions online that I can find. HELP!
I know I can use the other scan feature but it is not the same.

This app hasn't been working for months and i cant get any support.
HP really will not speak with their customers?
I don't understand why i cant get someone ALIVE to actually help with this.
The AI chat is completely USELESS.
clearly not purchasing an HP product ever again.
